The Chartered Building Surveyor's Role
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will work across both the commercial and private residential sectors, handling a diverse workload including:
* Project work and CAT A + B fit outs
* Residential and commercial refurbishments
* Industrial schemes
* Dilapidations
* Party wall matters
* Additional professional instructions across a wide portfolio
Based predominantly from the offices in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, you will also have the option of London-based projects and flexible working arrangements.
The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor status
Knowledge and Attributes:
* Strong technical ability across both project and professional services
* Commercially aware with client-facing skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop new business opportunities
