As Spa Membership Manager, you will be responsible for the growth, retention, and overall satisfaction of The Nici Spa’s exclusive membership base. You’ll combine exceptional sales skills with genuine passion for wellness, ensuring every member feels valued, engaged, and connected to our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Drive spa membership sales and meet monthly and annual targets.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Manage the full membership journey, from enquiry and onboarding to renewals and relationship management.

Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver member-exclusive experiences.
*
Maintain accurate membership records, reporting KPIs and insights to leadership.
*
Represent The Nici Spa brand with professionalism, warmth, and style at all times.

Proven experience in luxury spa, health club, or hospitality membership management.
