3Search's Sales practice are hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant for a 360 position to inherit a historically high-performing desk (£300k YOY). Working closely with the Founder with more than 50% of work being passed to you, so a strong delivery background is important.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will:
* Deliver on existing live roles passed by a Founder
* Win new clients in a London market which has been fully mapped out
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing, proactive sourcing, to offer closing
* Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
* Work cross-functionally with consultants across 3Search and wider 11 Investments brands
Ideal background and skillset:
* The Senior Recruitment Consultant will have strong delivery capabilities
* A desire to win new business
* A strong work ethic and genuinely care about delivering a good experience
* Be able to network and build strong in-person relationships
* Coachable and a want to constantly improve
