What you'll do:
* To report to and support Sales Management in day to day running of the department.
* To support the Management team to achieve the department goals
* To support the Account Managers to achieve their sale targets and KPI’s through motivation and coaching
* Assist the Sales Management to achieve outstanding service to drive high levels of repeat business and recommendations
* To ensure the Account Managers comply with company and FCA policies and procedures
* To ensure Account Manager follow the Oracle sales process
* Promote and manage the adoption of company vision and values within your function/team
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of 3 years Sales Manager experience, preferably within the automotive industry or a FCA-regulated environment.
* A proven ability in managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets
* A passion for providing a great customer service experience
* Possesses a high degree of IT literacy
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for the automotive industry and a strong understanding of the sales process.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude.

* A competitive salary with a £60,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
