Sales Manager — Premium Japanese Food Importer

SushiSushi Limited is an established premium Japanese food importer with 18 years in the market, supplying Michelin-starred restaurants and high-end corporate clients across the UK.
We’re at a turning point. Operations are stable, product quality is exceptional, demand is there - but revenue growth now depends on disciplined, professional sales execution.
This role exists to convert opportunity into consistent profit.
What we’re looking for
\t•\tProven B2B sales experience (prospecting, closing, account management)
\t•\tStrong CRM discipline - you live in your pipeline and keep it clean
\t•\tAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
\t•\tCommercial mindset and hunger for results (uncapped commission)
Nice to have
\t•\tFood, hospitality, or premium product sales experience
\t•\tExisting restaurant / catering contacts
\t•\tWholesale or distribution background
\t•\tExperience with Amazon Vendor Central
