You will: ✅ Support with managing operations, supervising staff, and completing administration ✅ Maintain and check casework records ✅ Play an active role in case conferences, reviews and care planning ✅ Work shifts on a rota, including evenings and weekends To be considered, you’ll need: ⭐ Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare ⭐ Experience in a supervisory capacity ⭐ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) (or working towards it) Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months (or willingness to obtain with support) You’ll also be: Child-centred and safeguarding-focused Confident making key decisions with sound judgement Organised with strong administrative skills Resilient, people-focused, and flexible to the needs of the home Who you will be working for… You’ll be joining a well-established provider with a strong reputation for quality care and education, supported by a high staff-to-child ratio and in-house clinical teams.
