The Opportunity
A well-established, growing operational business is seeking an HR Advisor to join on a fixed-term basis, supporting a multi-site workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with leadership teams in a hands-on, people-focused environment, with strong exposure to coaching, organisational development, and change.
You will act as a key HR contact across several sites, delivering pragmatic,mercially focused HR support while helping to drive best practice and capability within management teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and improve business performance
2. Advise and support managers on HR policies and best practice
3. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
4. Ensurepliance with employment legislation
5. Manage HR admin, records, reporting, and employee life cycle
6. Support performance management, absence tracking, and HR projects
7. Act as a key HR contact across multiple sites
8. Support HR projects and organisational initiatives
About You
9. Proven experience in a generalist HR role
10. Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
11. Confident working both independently and as part of a wider HR team
12. Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
13. Able to build effective relationships with managers at all levels
Experience within operational, logistics, manufacturing or retail environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
