Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Contracts & Commercial Administrator to work for a company in Near Bicester
Role: Contracts & Commercial Administrator, Part Time
Salary: £15,000 – £20,000 per annum
Location: Near Bicester, Office Based / Hybrid
Hours: Part Time, 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities of the Contracts & Commercial Administrator:
1. Support the administration of maintenance and service contracts
2. Assist with contract renewals, uplifts, amendments, and terminations
3. Check contract requirements and ensure information is maintained accurately
4. Respond to and manage related queries
5. Support monthly contract reviews and commercial reporting administration
6. Raise and manage subcontractor PPM purchase orders
7. Update internal systems with PO information and ensure jobs are updated correctly where required
8. Monitor outstanding PO requests and approvals
9. Respond to and manage related queries
10. Maintain accurate records across internal systems and client portals, including Macro and Asset information
11. Support invoice preparation and commercial administration
12. Assist the commercial team with PPM-related queries
13. Documentation & Compliance
14. Ensure contract documentation is accurate and up to date
15. Maintain organised electronic filing systems
16. Chase and maintain supporting documentation where required
17. Support continuous improvement of processes and procedures
18. General Administration
19. Provide administrative support to the Commercial Operations
20. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments
21. Support the smooth running of commercial and operational processes
About you:
22. Previous administration experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, or Engineering
23. Experience raising purchase orders and invoices
24. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
25. Good communication and problem-solving skills
26. Ability to manage workload independently
27. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
28. Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
29. Experience using job management systems
30. Understanding of PPM processes and maintenance contracts
31. Experience working with subcontractors and client portals
32. Commercial or operational reporting experience
