This includes maximising revenue, ensuring operational excellence and delivering a seamless supporter experience across digital and physical ticketing channels. The ideal candidate will have worked in a sports or large events environment before and be looking to join at an exciting time in the club’s development, where they can make an immediate impact. This is a new position within the business, so the responsibilities are not set in stone. We need someone who can jump in, get things done and work with the senior leadership team to shape the future of the club. Main Duties/ Responsibilities 1. Ticket sales - Work with the head of marketing to implement the ticket sales strategy, pricing, renewals and on sales across all competitions and events (home and away). - Manage end-to-end ticketing operations including seat manifests, allocations and sales phases, alongside our host venues. - Oversee configuration and optimisation of ticketing systems and integrations - Collaborate with marketing, finance and commercial teams 2. Matchday and event delivery - Ensure effective digital ticketing and access control processes - Provide operational leadership on matchdays and major events - Act as escalation point for ticketing issues during live events - Work closely with stadium operations, safety and supporter services teams - Champion high-quality supporter service across all ticketing touchpoints 3. Data and Analytics - Produce regular sales, inventory and performance reports - Use data and insight to improve processes and revenue outcomes 4. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time-to-time by management Club Accountabilities 1.
