You'll be a key figure in our team, ensuring operations are efficient, compliant, and forward-looking. Key Responsibilities * Manage and continuously improve the annual maintenance programme * Plan maintenance activities in line with operational priorities * Monitor performance via monthly work management metrics * Maintain oversight of critical maintenance backlogs * Lead stakeholder engagement to drive efficiency * Oversee the CMMS system, ensuring accurate asset data * Mentor and lead the Facilities Administrator team What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler * Expertise in using CMMS systems * Solid understanding of maintenance processes (regulated industry experience a plus) * Strong communication, reporting, and time management skills * Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements * Leadership capability and team collaboration skills Compliance Record
