The Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Kitchen Porter who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
What you will do
* Ensure each outlet and function has an adequate supply of clean dishes, glassware, and silverware.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and “heart of house” areas, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas for the kitchen and staff restaurant.
* Assist with the maintenance and proper handling of all kitchen and restaurant equipment and materials.
* Follow the hotel’s recycling and waste management policies.
* Support the Stewarding team in ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout back-of-house areas.
What you bring
* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
* Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
* All candidates must possess the Right to Work in the UK
Schedule and hours
This role is scheduled at 40 hours per week, over five 8-hour days, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Candidates must be flexible to work all shifts.
