As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality building consultancy services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Dilapidations, party walls, and lease covenants.
2. Maintenance schedules and cost assessments.
3. Project Management and contract administration on alterations, refurbishments, and decoration projects.
4. Contribute to architectural design and structural engineering.
