Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based desktops and laptops
* Plan and execute end‑user hardware and software migrations, including OS upgrades
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimise downtime
* Provide hands‑on desk‑side and end‑user support
* Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including non‑technical users
* Ensure a high standard of customer service and issue resolution
Qualifications
* Strong experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems
* Proven background in desktop/laptop deployment and migrations
* Solid hardware troubleshooting skills
* Experience supporting end users in a corporate environment
* Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced onsite environment
