Here atGXO Logistics, we are looking for aC+E Powder Tanker Driverto join ourBreedon Cementteam inDerbyshire.
GXO operate on behalf of Breedon Cement to provide transport for both bulk powder and palletised deliveries. The contract has a nationwide delivery area with key distribution points at Port of Blyth, Hope Valley, Runcorn, Walsall and Dagenham.
This is afull-time, permanentposition, working on aMonday to Fridaypattern, starting between guaranteed48 hours per week.

What youll do on a typical day:
* The role of the Cat C+E bulk powder tanker driver requires the loading and pressurised discharge of powder products, predominantly cement
* Ensuring that deliveries are on time and that health and safety procedures are followed to a high standard
* Conductvehicle checks and maintenanceto ensure roadworthiness and compliance

* Complete all requireddocumentation and delivery recordsaccurately
* Contracted 2 nights out per week
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Valid Category CE (Class 1) UK driving licence
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Previous experience operating bulk powder tankers (preferred, but training may be provided)
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* Physically fit and capable of handling equipment safely
