Pay Level: £30,160 - £35,530 (Fully inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance)
Contract: Permanent (Full‑time)
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: The Curve / Slough – Office based
DBS Requirement: Standard

Role Overview
This position supports residents through important life events as part of Slough’s Registration Service team. Working alongside the Superintendent and Senior Registrar, you will deliver statutory and non‑statutory registration services with professionalism and compassion.
The role includes registering births, deaths and marriages, conducting ceremonies, and supporting services across licensed venues in Slough. You will also produce statutory reports and work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the service. The post sits within a newly formed department focused on improving resident engagement and customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Deliver statutory and non‑statutory registration services with professionalism and compassion.
* Register births, deaths and marriages.
* Conduct ceremonies and support licensed venues in Slough.
* Produce statutory reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a valid right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not offered.
