We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK Telco provider who is hiring a Senior Network Test Engineer for a 3-month rolling contract.
Note: The candidate must be prepared to visit Bradford at least once to understand the test lab environment.
Required Skills/Experience
* Manual / Automation Testing
* Data Networks
* L2 & L3 (Metro Ethernet Networks)
* Cisco switches
* Juniper
* Full automation skills in Python or Bash
* Experience with testing tools such as Ixia, Byteblower, Wireshark, etc.
* Meraki
* Ansible
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
* Assistance with test environment design, test strategy, and test planning
* Commissioning & installing (hardware, software, test environment)
* Configuring
* Monitoring
* Basic networking
