A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOH SUPERVISOR AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Leading and supporting the front of house team during service to ensure smooth, efficient operations Delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting the tone on the floor and maintaining high service standards Assisting with the training and development of FOH team members, providing guidance and feedback where needed Managing bookings, floor plans, and walk-ins to maximise service flow and guest satisfaction Working closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure clear communication and coordination Handling guest queries or complaints confidently and professionally Ensuring the venue is consistently clean, well-presented, and compliant with health & safety standards Taking responsibility for opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock control as required WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience in a front of house supervisory or leadership role within a high-volume hospitality setting A hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example, supporting and motivating the team on every shift Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence on the floor A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage service flow with efficiency and care Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, and presentation Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES RBH Hospitality Management is an equal opportunity employer.
