Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £15 – £17 per hour DOE / Up to £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: Day shift, Monday - Friday

About the Role:
Our client is a well-established and respected woodwork and joinery business in the LE15 area. We are seeking a skilled Joiner / Cabinet Maker for a long-term, permanent role, producing high-quality, bespoke joinery for commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry, furniture and woodwork from technical drawings
•Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
•Measure, cut, shape, and fit timber and sheet materials with precision
•Carry out on-site installations where required (e.g. kitchens, wardrobes, shop fitting)
•Interpret work plans and technical drawings
•Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet high standards
•Maintain a clean and safe working environment
•Collaborate with team members and liaise with supervisors or clients as needed

Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years’ experience in a joinery or cabinet-making role
•Proficient in using woodworking tools and machinery
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
•Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
•Reliable, punctual and a team player
