About the Role We're looking for a committed, organised, and collaborative Project Manager to lead a unique, 8 month-long initiative aimed at understanding and improving job retention for disabled people. This project places lived and living experience at its heart. Working alongside a diverse, paid steering group of disabled people, you’ll use the Scottish Approach to Service Design to explore the barriers disabled people face in staying in work — and co-create potential solutions. You’ll lead on planning, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of key outputs including a research report, solution toolkit, and the successful coordination of a lived experience group. We're looking for someone with: Proven experience managing community-based projects, ideally with direct involvement in co-production or co-design A strong understanding of disability equality and inclusive practice Excellent facilitation, communication, and project coordination skills A values-driven, people-first approach The posts will be 28hrs a week, based in our Glasgow office 3 days a week with the option to work from home for the remainder of the week.
