Location: TN16 3BN, Biggin Hill
Rate Of Pay: £38,480 per annum, with overtime paid at a premium rate (1.5x)
Working Pattern: Primarily Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexibility required during race day events
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights our clients and customers
* Overseeing and implementing menu updates
* Identifying opportunities to enhance our food services
* Acting on customer feedback to improve our offerings
* Supporting the development of new menus and creative food concepts
* Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories to ensure well-stocked kitchens
* Overseeing kitchen hygiene and cleaning responsibilities
* Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
