Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Yaxley, Peterborough
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Interaction Recruitment are working exclusively with our client to recruit a Scheduling Coordinator for their growing and well-established business based in Yaxley, Peterborough.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating engineers and subcontractors, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy department.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.
The Role
Working closely with engineers, subcontractors and customers, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing administrative processes and ensuring all works are planned and completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and booking jobs with engineers and subcontractorsRaising job cards and allocating worksPreparing, filing and distributing documentation and certificatesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing customersRaising work orders for subcontract labourEnsuring all procedures and processes are completed and kept up to dateProviding general administrative support to the departmentSupporting the wider team to ensure projects and works are delivered efficientlyAbout You
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working within a busy office environment.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience working within a scheduling, coordination, planning or administrative roleExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectivelyHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProfessional and confident telephone mannerProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to work independently and use your own initiativeStrong team player with a flexible and positive attitudeComfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environmentA proactive approach with a willingness to learn and developWhat's on Offer?
