You'll be working across the soft services division managing both grounds maintenance & cleaning contracts in the residential sector.
You'll be a leading a team of soft service professionals - Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning teams. Your role will be to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and profitable contracts whilst managing key stakeholder relationships.
This role is covering contracts between Birmingham to Luton.
About you
An experienced Contracts Manager within Soft Services - Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance management experience
Previous experience of managing residential contracts would be highly advantageous
Excellent stakeholder management skills
An appetite for growth and development both personally and for your organisation
