Role Purpose:
The Operational Technology (OT) Security Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and ensuring the secure operation of industrial and critical infrastructure systems delivered by Getronics to the customer. This role provides expert oversight and architectural leadership across OT environments—including manufacturing systems, and other cyber‑physical assets—ensuring they are protected against evolving cyber threats while maintaining operational continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Acting as the primary security design authority for OT services, the OT Security Architect works closely with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, and Getronics delivery functions to define security requirements, develop reference architectures, and guide the secure integration of new technologies. The role assures that all OT security solutions are aligned with industry standards, customer contractual obligations, and best‑practice cyber‑defense principles.
The OT Security Architect also provides strategic guidance on risk management and threat mitigation, conducts architecture reviews, oversees secure configuration and change control, and ensures that Getronics support resilience, visibility, and continuous improvement of the customer’s OT security posture. Ultimately, this role ensures the safe and secure operation of critical OT systems while enabling the customer to achieve operational efficiency, compliance, and long‑term cyber resilience.
What to expect:
* Capable to drive OT Security portfolio development within a global Managed Service Organization
* Work on Pricing & Cost Models for implementation and recurring managed services.
* Consultancy skills to work with customers to implement the Getronics OT portfolio.
* Security Architect work HLD / LLD towards OT Operational Team within Getronics and with customer
What we expect from you:
* Experience with IDS systems from Claroty & Nozomi Networks, OT risk assessment tools.
* Deep understanding of OT up to critical infrastructure, capable to have deep technical conversations with stakeholders in IT and OT.
Understanding of:
* Network Segmentation
* Firewalling
* Privileged Access
* zero Trust networking.
Certifications:
* Cisco
* Fortinet
* Palo Alto
* Beyond Trust
* Darktrace NDR
* Vectra.Ai NDR
* Presentation & Writing skills, workfloor to C-Level presentations.
