We are looking for an experienced, organised and creative videographer to join our team. You will instinctively understand what it takes to capture the attention of young people and communicate with film to move people to action. You will inspire and serve the wider national team by filming and editing video content that promotes the work of Youth for Christ across a variety of platforms, using the best tools available, whether that be multiple cameras on set or a smartphone in the street.
Responsibilities
* Produce one‑off films, video sessions for young people, and content for social media.
* Create promotional videos that demonstrate and showcase the work of Youth for Christ.
* Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to make projects impactful on screens of all sizes.
* Assist in raising personal support to meet a required target of 50% of salary costs, receiving coaching and support to achieve this goal.
* Attend safeguarding training and comply with safer recruitment initiatives, including self‑disclosure of any criminal history.
* Provide suitable references and an enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications & Eligibility
* Committed evangelical Christian, in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
* Excellent videography skills, with experience shooting on multiple cameras and on smartphones.
* Ability to work quickly and creatively under tight deadlines.
* Strong teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with a national team.
* Valid DBS check and willingness to undergo safeguarding training.

* Hours: 36.25 hours per week
* Location: Head Office, Brierley Hill (2 days in office, 3 days working from home – hybrid/remote options available)
