We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a £20M steel frame industrial unit currently in the early groundworks stage in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking construction company delivering a major project from the ground up. The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of this high-value industrial development through all stages of construction. You’ll be responsible for managing programme, quality, safety, and cost performance while ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will report directly to the Director and work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain high standards of performance and communication throughout the build. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks to completion. * Ensure health & safety, quality, and environmental standards are met and maintained. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. * Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of all phases. * Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Provide regular progress reports to the Director and senior management. About You: * Proven experience managing industrial steel frame projects of similar scale and complexity. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, and contract management. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under pressure. * Relevant construction management qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, Degree/HNC)
