Domestic Violence Assist is a specialist charity supporting victims of domestic abuse through urgent legal interventions, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Our work is fast-paced, outcome-focused, and centered on securing immediate protection for clients. Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 17.30 Responsibilities Handle incoming calls from domestic abuse victims Assess eligibility for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders Gather clear and relevant information to progress cases Request and manage supporting documents for legal aid applications Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records Liaise with relevant agencies where required Ensure all cases are progressed efficiently and within required timeframes Work in line with safeguarding procedures and organisational protocols About You Experience in a high-volume administrative role Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written work Ability to manage workload effectively and meet strict deadlines Ability to communicate confidently and manage challenging conversations with a calm and measured approach Strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and professional boundaries Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Understanding of domestic abuse and relevant legal processes is desirable IT Skills: Utilise Outlook, Word and Dropbox to manage communications and documentation effectively.
