Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Low Voltage Cable - Electrical Wholesale)

About the Role:
Our client, a reputable supplier of low voltage cables to the electrical wholesaler market, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to cover the South East of England.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national electrical wholesalers, independent distributors, and buying groups.
2. Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the South East of England, expanding the customer base and driving sales growth.
3. Product Knowledge: Promote and sell low voltage cable products, providing expert guidance to clients about product specifications, applications, and industry standards.
4. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction, timely deliveries, and post-sale support.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
6. Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Key Requirements:
7. Proven track record in sales, ideally within the electrical wholesale or related sectors.
8. Knowledge of low voltage cables, electrical products, or the electrical wholesale industry is highly desirable.
9. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
10. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
11. Full UK driving license and the ability to travel within the South East of England.
12. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
