Works will be delivered in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
Role specific information:
1. Manage sub contractors on site
2. CSCS card – Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person
3. SSSTS- ideally
4. First Aid
5. Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman.
6. Full UK driving licence.
7. Knowledge of industry H&S
8. Site planning skills to ensure production targets are achieved.
9. Experience supervising and running of contracts on site so work is completed on time, to required quality and cost effectively. Planning, set up and visit sites to check production and controls.
On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:
10. Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
11. Lead the site team to the best of your ability
12. Manage delivery of works to specification
13. Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
14. Pre & post inspections
15. Health & safety & quality checks
