Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
* Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Continuously evaluate the quality of dishes served and make adjustments as necessary to meet guest expectations.
Experience
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
