As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social and emotional development of children in our nursery.
About the Role
Our Stockton Bowesfield nursery is a high‑quality environment where you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating setting and for planning and delivering activities that support children’s development in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Responsibilities
* Create a safe, stimulating environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
* Plan and deliver educational activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development, aligned with EYFS.
* Serve as the key person for each child: oversee development, care needs and build strong family connections.
Qualifications & Experience
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to apply child‑development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
