About the Role You'll be responsible for delivering tailored learning experiences to pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). You'll work closely with support staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) Proven experience working in SEND settings A strong understanding of individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCPs The ability to differentiate teaching effectively Patience, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply Why Work With Us?
