Copello are working with a leading defence company who are looking for a Manufacturing Support Engineer. Join a high-tech manufacturing team where you’ll own and enhance key processes, solve real production challenges, and shape the future of industrial engineering.
What You’ll Do:
* Optimise and support high-performance manufacturing lines
* Drive improvements through FMEAs, tooling design, and process validation
* Bring designs to life by translating requirements into build instructions
* Collaborate on new product introduction and digital transformation projects
* Be hands-on in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment
What You’ll Bring:
* Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC or Engineering Degree
* Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration skills
* Experience interpreting engineering drawings and documentation
* A drive to learn and grow in modern manufacturing environments
