Location: Devonport Dockyard Naval Base, Plymouth

Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 45 hours per week

Responsibilities
\n
As a BMS Control Lead you'll be working within the Devonport Dockyard team, supporting them in the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site
\n
Your day to day will include:
\n
\n
* Oversee the operation and installation/commissioning of all BMS systems across multiple sites or a large-scale facility.
\n
* Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring effective delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance related to BMS.
\n
* Collaborate with Facilities, Energy Management, and Sustainability teams to support carbon reduction and energy efficiency goals.
\n
* Provide expert advice on BMS design, specification, installation, and commissioning for new projects or refurbishments.
\n
* Ensure BMS systems remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations and best practices.
\n
* Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to BMS operations and projects.
\n
