Overview
Econ Engineering Ltd are the UKs largest supplier of Winter maintenance vehicles and are currently looking to recruit a Press Brake Operator to work in our busy Metal Preparation department. The role includes pressing sheet metal components to meet production requirements from mild & stainless steel. Parts are pressed to meet engineering drawing standards prior to moving to the next process.
Hours
The hours are 39 hours per week over 5 days, these being Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
Requirements
The successful applicant would ideally have a knowledge of engineering drawings and press brake operation.
Benefits/Pay
A competitive hourly rate will be paid, with overtime available as demand requires. Overtime is paid upon completion of 39 hours and a bonus is paid monthly if targets are achieved.
