What can you expect from the role?
* Hands on as a 360 recruiter, developing your own desk
* Joining a team with warm patches and clients
* Search for and identify top candidates using our CRM, LinkedIn, job boards and your own professional network
* Create exciting job adverts for client vacancies
* Qualify candidates via video and telephone
* Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates
* Manage the full client and candidate process from CV introduction through to job offer
* Leverage social media to develop your own personal brand
