An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Contracts Manager to join a growing organisation within the facilities and construction services sector.
This is a key role where you’ll be working closely with the Managing Director to develop and drive the company’s subcontracting strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the subcontracting side of the business – from pricing to efficiently setting up new contracts.
* Building strong relationships internally with colleagues and externally with customers.
* Visiting customer sites regularly – this is a customer-facing role, and site visits are the best way to understand both the business and the clients.
* Gaining a deep understanding of existing subcontracts and providing commercial/contractual advice to senior leaders.
* Ensuring customer and service matters are effectively communicated across the business.

Experience & Skills:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within subcontracting, contracts management or the construction industry.
