Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals Manage and optimise the company's digital presence (website, PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media) with an in-house team. Help grow international markets through targeting and advertising to international markets particularly across Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Create engaging content including blogs, case studies, videos, and product marketing materials (with the in-house team). Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns for products. Coordinate and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives. Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. You bring: Proven experience in a marketing role in a B2B, product-led business. Comfortable in an SME environment. Experience managing an in-house team of marketeers between 4-10 people. Experience with eCommerce websites (WooCommerce) 3rd party marketplaces like eBay Amazon. Experience with digital marketing to international marketing. Experience marketing to multiple audiences internationally. Comfortable working both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
