Marketing Executive. £40,000 Bonus Excellent training & Benefits Key Responsibilities: Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement. Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and performance. Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, engaging with our audience. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve results. SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns. Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 24 months of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a similar role. The role is based from the office, so you must live within 45 minutes of Towcester. Skills Required: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot). Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing. Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills is highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
