This is an opportunity to join a public sector organisation based in Lisburn.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within a busy purchasing and logistics function. This includes processing orders, updating internal systems, and liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. You’ll be working with specialist software systems to manage patient-related data and procurement workflows, so attention to detail and accuracy are key.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
1. At least 12 months of experience in a customer service, purchasing, or logistics environment, ideally involving regular use of administrative and order processing systems.
2. A minimum of five GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grades A–C)* or equivalent qualifications that demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills.
3. Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for at least one year.
Strongmunication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team will also be essential.
