Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and schedules.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to any queries from clients or staff.
Skills
* Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with team members and clients.
* Strong customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction during interactions.
* Good communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration within the team.
