Our client is seeking a Pre Sales Strategist to join their growing UK team!
We are looking for a strategic, commercial and digital thinker with a consultative, relationship-driven approach. You’ll partner with prospective clients to understand their needs, shape solutions, and guide them toward choosing the agency as their digital transformation partner.
What you’ll do:
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and pain points
* Define high-level strategies and roadmaps for clients
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service and support
* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to guide sales strategies
* Represent the consultancy at industry events and trade shows to promote our capabilities and generate leads
* Lead the creation of sales materials, including decks, RFP responses, and proposals
* Collaborate across functions such as Customer Experience Design, Technology, Strategy, Marketing, and global teams
* Develop and maintain relationships with key technology partners (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce)
* Support the development of new and emerging technology partnerships
* Create and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and margin targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system
* Act as the lead storyteller and presenter in sales pitches
* Coordinate and lead pitch teams for proposals and RFP submissions
* Create and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plans

What you will bring:
* Demonstrated thought leadership in digital transformation
* 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Strong time-management and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with technologies such as CRM systems, sales automation tools, CMS, CDP, DAM, etc.
* A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
* A collaborative mindset suited to a flat hierarchy where trust and humour matter as much as commercial outcomes
