Salary up to £37,044.55 per annum, plus, company van & fuel card
42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)

As part of our skilled workforce, our roofers play a vital role in maintaining the safety and integrity of homes - carrying out everything from tile replacements and felt repairs to chimney works and emergency callouts. Role Criteria:
1. General roofing repairs across occupied and void properties
2. Replacement of roof tiles, felt roofing, and wooden battens
3. Chimney repairs and replacements
4. Installation and repair of flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systems
5. Lead work including flashings, soakers, and valley gutters
6. Repair and installation of ridge tiles, verge tiles, and hip tiles
7. Guttering and downpipe repairs and replacements
8. Fascia, soffit, and barge board installation and maintenance
9. Roof insulation works to joists and rafters
10. Installation and repair of roof vents, eaves ventilation, and ducting
11. Repairs to rooflights and skylights
12. Emergency callouts to make properties safe following storm damage or leaks
13. Identification of defects and recommendation of remedial actions
14. Working with reclaimed roofing materials where appropriate
15. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
16. Accurate recording of materials used, and time spent on jobs
17. Liaising with tenants and site supervisors to ensure clear communication and minimal disruption
18. Supporting planned maintenance programmes and refurbishment projects
19. Ensuring compliance with the Decent Homes Standard and other regulatory requirements
20. UK full driving license
