Electrical Estimator — £70,000 travel | 1 day WFH Liverpool Street, London | CAT A and CAT B office fit out | Projects to £1.5m | Design and Build A 16–year specialist delivering fast-track commercial office fit outs across London. Typical scopes include large power installs, full D&B refurbishments, and I.T cabling and infrastructure. They are adding an Electrical Estimator to own tenders on small to mid-size projects up to £1.5m. What you will do * Manage end-to-end electrical tenders to specification and deadline * Break down client enquiries, complete site surveys and quantify scope * Build priced schedules using estimating software with clear clarifications * Source and level subcontractor and supplier quotations * Contribute to electrical design reviews on D&B schemes and coordinate with the design team * Prepare tender submissions and support post-tender queries and presentations * Track tender pipeline, hit bid dates and follow up for outcomes * Help refine estimating processes for accuracy, speed and margin protection What you will bring * Proven electrical estimating experience in UK CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out * Strong grasp of drawings, specifications and take-offs with solid numeracy and data skills * Confident communicator who builds relationships with clients and supply chain * Organised and calm under pressure with the ability to plan your workload and meet deadlines * Useful crossover in QS, bid or project management, including risk and value awareness * Comfortable reviewing D&B design information and proposing practical alternatives Nice to have * Knowledge of large power distribution, containment, small power and lighting, I.T cabling and infrastructure * Familiarity with BIM viewer tools and common estimating platforms Package * £70,000 salary * Travel allowance * Hybrid working with 1 day WFH * Central London location next to Liverpool Street * Growth with a tight, collaborative team where your input shapes how we price and win work Apply: Send your CV or LinkedIn profile with a short note on two recent tenders you priced, the values, and your win outcomes
