The Role:
To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Senior Collections Executive to join our collections department. You will be responsible for promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated person who has a desire to build a career within the Company.
Requirements
* To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
* Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, create bespoke letter and email content with high levels of care, awareness and accuracy
* Strong understanding of the Recoveries / Collections workflow inc. contact strategy
* Demonstrates solid knowledge of early and later arears collections, including its impact on the business and customers
* Good understanding of the collections enforcement process in the US
* Well-versed in collection partnerships (DCA, debt sale, insolvency, and legal)
* Leads by example, supports and empowers team members to take ownership while offering guidance
* Ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation regulatory body guidelines
* Empathy, forbearance and professionalism
* Strong communication skills, accuracy and confidence
Essential
* A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a collections environment.
* Experience managing a team

* Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data
* Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude
