I’m working with a leading international law firm who are looking to hire a Legal Delivery Manager into their Disputes team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid disputes experience who is ready to step up into a management role.
The Role:
As Legal Delivery Manager, you’ll:
* Lead and develop a team of paralegals delivering high-quality disputes work.
* Oversee service delivery for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring efficiency and quality.
* Manage day-to-day resourcing, workflow allocation, QA and performance reviews.
* Build relationships across practice groups, helping to refine and improve delivery models.
* Play a key role in innovating how legal services are delivered in a modern, multi-location environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A strong background in dispute resolution or litigation.
* Experience managing teams (or the ambition and potential to step into leadership).
* Confidence in working with senior stakeholders in a commercial law firm setting.
* An appetite for process improvement and using data/metrics to enhance delivery.
