Randstad is partnering with outstanding schools in East Grinstead to find enthusiastic individuals eager to enhance their skills while helping students grow. Our partner schools offer a hands-on, supportive environment with experienced staff to help you thrive. In this term-time role, you'll work with children aged 4-11, contributing to their academic, social, and emotional growth. If you have a background in childcare or education, this could be your next big step. This is a full-time, long-term role from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one or group support to students
* Act as a positive role model in the classroom
* Assist the class teacher with learning materials and activities
* Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families
* Collaborate with staff for a cohesive learning environment
* Bring energy and dedication to work daily
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Passion for working with children and fostering a love of learning
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above or equivalent)
* Previous experience in childcare or working with children
* Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Confidence in supporting individuals or small groups
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
