We’re hiring a Depot Manager to lead one of our key sites for the UK’s No. 1 distributor of lintels. This is a pivotal leadership role, managing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding service to National, Regional, and Local Developers. As we enter our next exciting phase of growth, your leadership will help drive continued success.
Here’s what you can expect to do as a Lintels Depot Manager with Civils & Lintels:
* Provide clear leadership and direction to all depot staff, creating a positive and productive working environment.
* Manage day-to-day depot operations to ensure high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across all tiers—from national housebuilders to local trades.
* Take ownership of stock control, logistics, site safety, and service standards.
* Deliver against performance targets while supporting wider business strategy and growth.
Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in depot, branch, or operations management—ideally within building materials, construction supplies, or a related field.
* Able to lead by example, motivate teams, and create a high-performance culture.
