Fantastic career opportunity at our Your Move Branch in Brighton. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.
About the Branch
This branch is part of National Home Move, which is a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Key Responsibilities
* Register customers and carry out property matches for sales and lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with cross‑sell of other services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance.
* Display excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
* Industry experience is essential.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* Role is predominantly office based.
What we offer
* On Target Earning (OTE) pay circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
* First few months guaranteed commission pay.
* 5 day working week, including Saturdays on rota.
