Are you a proactive and commercially minded HR professional ideally from an Engineering or Manufacturing background looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients dynamic HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by driving HR initiatives and supporting business performance across their organisation.
What You will Be Doing
* Supporting the delivery of the HR strategy aligned to business goals.
* Leading on sometimes complex operational HR issues and cases and employee relations within your region.
* Driving continuous improvement in HR systems, policies, and practices.
* Coaching and guiding managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
* Leading and contributing to HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
* Collaborating with teams across recruitment, payroll, and other HR functions.
What We are Looking For
We are after someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise. You’ll be confident influencing and developing stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and driving change. Previous experience of working on and delivering projects or supporting a business transformation would be very helpful.
Essential Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
* Strong HR systems experience, and advanced Excel skills required
* HRIS / Transformation experience
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK if required
* Power BI, Data Analysis is desirable
