About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a Dynamics CE Solution Architect to become part of our amazing team. You will be:
* Responsible for the overall design, architecture, and application delivery for AgileCadence’s Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement delivery projects.
* A champion for functional and / or technical solutions on the Microsoft platform with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and associated technologies development practices.
* Participating in business development activities as required, identifying opportunities, and supporting in pre-sales activities such as presentations and demonstrations.
* Using a design-led approach to identify customer needs and transform requirements into designs that solve customer problems and bring continuous improvement.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements are aligned to business goals, gaining a full understanding of current business processes.
* Leading delivery on Dynamics 365 projects and supporting other members of the project team.
* Championing a culture that promotes the health and wellbeing of our team.
* Flexible – you understand that you may be asked to take on other responsibilities or tasks that are not referred to above, but that fall within the remit of your skills and abilities.

About you:
* You are ideally educated to degree level and/or have the equivalent experience, with appropriate certifications. Certification in MS Dynamics (PL-600) is desirable but not essential.
* You have extensive experience working with Dynamics 365 CE applications, especially Sales, Customer Insights and Customer Service. Experience of legacy / on premise would be a bonus.
* You have an exceptional understanding of the capabilities within the Dynamics 365 CE applications stack and knowledge of associated Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.
* You have significant experience in the configuration, customisation, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
* You can demonstrate a wealth of experience in leading Dynamics 365 Projects, managing project teams, stakeholders and working within a project methodology or structure.
* You have a strong track record in working with customers to elicit, understand and capture their business requirements and solve business problems with Dynamics 365 CE applications and associated technologies.
* You have strong analytical skills, are comfortable with data and can clearly communicate your ideas and results.
* You are a confident presenter with superb spoken and written communication skills, and a passion for working with people.
* You are customer focused – you work hard to understand our customer’s needs, always striving to deliver the best service and exceed expectations.
* You are highly organised with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise workload, with multiple conflicting demands.
* You are generous with your time, willing to share knowledge and mentor others to support them in their career development.
* You are willing to occasionally travel to client locations across the UK /Europe as required.
